Levi Wade

Levi Wade serves as the trusted and valued athletic trainer at Performance Therapies.

With a passion for both sports and medicine, Levi pursued a career in athletic training, combining his love for athletics with his desire to help athletes perform at their best. He holds a master’s degree from the University of Northern Iowa.

As an athletic trainer, Levi is responsible for ensuring the physical well-being of the players. His role encompasses a wide range of duties, including injury prevention, assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation. Levi works closely with each team’s coaching staff, strength and conditioning coaches, and medical professionals to develop comprehensive training programs tailored to the specific needs of each player.

Jamie Straka

Andrew Lose

Physical Therapist, Athletic Trainer - Doctor of Physical Therapy, Athletic Trainer 

Education: Marquette University AT (2014), PT (2016)

Andrew Lose, PT, DPT, ATC is a Physical Therapist and Athletic Trainer at Performance Therapies, serving both the Cedar Rapids clinic and the athletes at Kirkwood Community College.

Andrew earned his Athletic Training degree (2014) and Doctor of Physical Therapy degree (2016) from Marquette University. After graduating, he spent nearly six years in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area working in outpatient sports clinics, where he gained extensive experience treating active individuals and athletes. During that time, Andrew also served as a clinic director at a sports performance facility, collaborating closely with club sports programs, local colleges, and professional organizations. In 2021, he returned to the Midwest and is now happy to be setting roots with his family in the Iowa City area.

Andrew’s passion for physical therapy began in high school after working closely with his athletic trainer during the off-season. That early exposure sparked an interest in sports medicine that carried through college, where he gained hands-on experience with the Milwaukee Bucks, Washington Redskins, and multiple Marquette University athletic teams.
