#2 Kirkwood Rolls Past Central, Moves to 7–0
Cedar Rapids, IA- The #2 Kirkwood Eagles women's basketball team kept their perfect season alive on Saturday, powering past Central Community College 72–38 inside Johnson Hall. The Eagles set the pace early with a 20–9 first quarter and controlled the game wire to wire.
Eagles Control Both Ends
Olivia Wren led the way with 16 points, including four threes, while also grabbing six rebounds and swiping four steals. Molly Roling added 11 points, and Madison Stowater provided a lift off the bench with nine points on three triples.
Kirkwood's depth once again made the difference, as the bench contributed 29 points and the defense forced 25 turnovers, turning them into 18 points on the other end.
Dominating the Glass
The Eagles owned the boards with a 48–35 advantage, fueled by Kaci Crum's eight rebounds and strong efforts from Aaliyah Riley and Kennedy Blakely, who each pulled down six.
